KCC Interns
Applications are now open for our next intake of our internship program! As a KCC intern you will be intentionally developed, professionally, personally and spiritually, as well as developed in areas such as leadership, theology and practical business competencies. You will be engaged in hands-on ministry practice and have direct access to leaders and pastors within the church for this mentorship and development.
Interning at KCC is an incredible opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while being immersed in the heart of the local church. It’s not just about gaining hands-on experience, it's about being part of something bigger. You'll get to serve alongside passionate, like minded people who will quickly become your best friends, all while learning from world class leaders who genuinely invest in your growth. Whether you're involved in creative, outreach, or ministry roles, you’ll be in the thick of what’s happening and contributing to something impactful. It’s a fun, exciting, and meaningful way to develop your skills, build lasting relationships, and deepen your faith all in a vibrant community that’s making a difference.

Even thinking about going into ‘the’ ministry I knew that dedicating an entire year to my emotional, spiritual, theological and practical growth with Jesus would be one of the best things I could do. It’s hard, challenging and confronting but it is also moulding me into the person I know the Lord wants me to be.
